Overview

The RIGOL DHO5054 is a 4-channel, 500MHz digital oscilloscope from the MHO/DHO5000 series, designed for design, debugging, and test applications. Based on RIGOL's Centaurus technical platform, it features 12-bit resolution, 500Mpts memory depth, and up to 4GS/s real-time sampling, delivering high accuracy and fast waveform capture rates of up to 1,000,000 wfms/s in fast recording mode.
