The Tektronix TKR MSO64B 6-BW-1000 is a mixed signal oscilloscope for signal analysis in embedded systems and power electronics applications. With 4 FlexChannel inputs expandable to 32 digital channels, 1 GHz analog bandwidth, and up to 50 GS/s sample rate, the 6 Series B provides measurement flexibility across multiple signal types. The instrument features a large 15.6-inch high-definition display with capacitive touchscreen interface and extensive connectivity options.
