Overview

The Keysight N5256BW15 is a transmission reflection (T/R) millimeter-wave module designed for use with Keysight vector network analyzers. Operating from 50 to 75 GHz in the WR-15 waveguide band, it delivers precise S-parameter measurements for characterization of millimeter-wave devices. The module integrates with PNA and PNA-X analyzers to provide comprehensive mm-wave measurement capabilities with excellent dynamic range and stability.
