Overview
The Keysight N5261A is a 2-port millimeter-wave test set controller that serves as the interface between millimeter-wave test head modules and a PNA or PNA-X Series network analyzer. This controller enables complete S-parameter measurements of passive and active devices in the millimeter-wave frequency range.
