Overview
The Keysight N5262A is a 4-port millimeter-wave test set controller that provides the interface between up to four millimeter-wave test head modules and a PNA or PNA-X Series network analyzer. This controller delivers complete S-parameter measurement capabilities for comprehensive characterization of microwave and millimeter-wave components.
